August Bloom is the captivating musical duo of Newcastle-based singer-songwriters Lili Crane and Nate James, blending heartfelt storytelling with dynamic live performance. With Lili’s indie-folk roots and Nate’s decade of experience in the covers and wedding scene, their sound fuses raw emotion with polished musicianship.

Lili has been writing songs and playing guitar since age nine, refining her craft in venues across Australia and Nashville’s iconic studios. Nate, formerly performing as Lo Monaco, brings soulful vocals and multi-instrumental flair, now channeled into original works with depth and energy.

Together, they create a powerful contrast - balancing intimate, acoustic moments with layered arrangements using looping and cajon-driven rhythms. Their rich vocal harmonies and onstage chemistry deliver an immersive musical experience from start to finish.
